Putin--Time Magazine's 2007 Person of the Year:"It's also reassuring to know that Time's editors didn't get fully hoodwinked by Putin's steely blue gaze or hard-as-rock pecs (which, by the way, are featured on some softpornpolitico websites in Russia today). As stated clearly in it's lead editorial, 'Putin is not a boy scout.' (Nor are any other world leaders I can think of.)"
