It is still very early, but not too early so that plots and conspiracies cannot be mixed into a fine brew. An interesting observation from a Serb blogger tries to draw a connection to Richard Hoolbroke, (nice try, but no cigar). Another Serb talks about how Kosovo "blow back" has reached America.
